Hardigg's Storm Cases
What is it? Storage cases sized to meet airline carry-on regulations. In other words, they fit under seats and in overhead compartments. The watertight, padlockable cases weigh 2.7 pounds (1.2 kg) empty, measure 11.8 by 9.8 by 4.7 inches (30 by 25 by 12 cm) overall, with interior dimensions of 9.5 by 7.5 by 4.25 inches (24 by 19 by 11 cm). The case comes with two press-and-pull latches, a double-layered soft-grip handle, two padlockable hasps and in a choice of black, yellow, gray, orange or olive drab.
Benefits to your dive experience: With some major airlines recently beginning to charge $15 for even one checked bag, having something small enough to qualify as a carry-on but still dependable enough to protect your dive gear can make a difference in your cost for air travel. Better yet, Storm Cases are guaranteed for life. For more information or to contact the nearest Hardigg dealer, call (800) 542-7344.

H&K's Scuba Diver Steel Wine Bottle Caddy
What is it? A steel wine bottle holder sculptured in the likeness of a scuba diver. The caddy was designed by German artist Guenter Scholtz, and handmade in Germany. Each sculptured caricature is cut, bent, welded and brushed until the desired effect is achieved. All H&K sculptures, which are constructed of recycled steel and copper, are designed by American artists in collaboration with European artisans. Made for a 750-milliliter wine bottle, each H&K scuba diver caddy stands about the height of a normal-size wine bottle and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Benefits to your dive experience: The wine caddy is a casual yet noticeable way to show off your enthusiasm for diving, not to mention the way you display your favorite bottle of vino. For more information about the scuba diver wine caddy or to reach the nearest H&K Sculptures dealer, call (973) 598-0505.

DUI's Polartec PowerStrech 300 Jumpsuit
What is it? A new version of the company's divewear insulation jumpsuit. The Powerstrech 300 has a new style, new women's and men's patterns, and is now available in made-to-order sizing and colors. The company bills its updated jumpsuit as "warm, stretchy, form-fitting, and allows you to wear the least amount of weight and is easy to launder." DUI uses Polartec PowerStrech because it is very dense, which maximizes the amount of air you hold, and air is what keeps divers warm. The jumpsuit is available in five sizes for men and six sizes for women, with a chalkboard color for men and an aegean look for women.
Benefits to your diving experience: Staying warm in comfort is an important part of enjoying any dive, and divers can special-order the jumpsuit in the size and color they prefer, an option previously available only for DUI's dry suits. For more information or to call the nearest DUI dealer, call (800) 325-8439.

Hollis' 212 Regulator
What is it? A second-stage regulator designed to increase a diver's airflow the deeper they go. The regulator comes with a "patented dynamic adjustment" that automatically maintains inhalation effort throughout the dive by compensating for depth changes. The Hollis 212 also comes with a patented orthodontic mouthpiece designed to reduce jaw fatigue, grip controls that allow divers to adjust them even while wearing gloves, and a Venturi switch for simple dive/predive modes.
Benefits to your diving experience: A regulator that adjusts for changing depths reduces the breathing effort required of divers, conserves their energy, adds to bottom time and makes for a more pleasant underwater experience. What more can a diver ask for? For additional information or to contact the nearest Hollis dealer, call (800) 647-0605.
