Crooked
Creek
Lake
is a popular
spot for year-round outdoor activities including diving. About 30 miles
(48 km) northeast of Pittsburgh, the 400-acre lake is maintained by the
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and is equipped with a boat launch and ample
trailer parking for those who want to bring a boat. Diving is permitted in
limited areas of the lake and a dive flag is required. Guests should check
in at the park office before entering the water.
